Passion. Experience. Diligence.

BJ and Niko met while working at 3D Lacrosse, one of the largest travel programs in the country. BJ focused on Technique & Fundamentals and Niko specialized in Digital Media & Technology. We found that their individual fields complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable, ways. Technology was changing the understanding of lacrosse and vice versa. This made them eager to cultivate their own organization, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests. They believe that what wins on the field and what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets them apart.

BJ was an unheralded prospect when he became the first recruit of Marquette Lacrosse in 2011. After five years, he finished as a two time captain, 3x All-Big East performer, 3rd Team USILA All-American, and Big East Champion. In the middle of his senior season, BJ was fortunate to get drafted by the Denver Outlaws in the 5th round of the MLL draft. This marked the beginning of the next stage of his career, as in his rookie season he ended up winning the MLL Championship in 2016. Following his rookie season with the Outlaws, BJ was elected to try out for the USA Team for the 2018 World Games. At that time, BJ was in Seattle pursuing a career in construction management while doubling as a professional lacrosse player. The schedule was arduous and the overall fatigue led his passion for lacrosse to diminish. In response, BJ elected to take the year off from playing in 2018 and focus on figuring out what made him the most happy. Now, after a move to the Bay Area, a career change, and a newly established professional league in the PLL, BJ is back in lacrosse and more excited than ever to empower and teach the next wave of lacrosse players.

Niko Manning

Niko grew up in New York where he graduated as a nationally ranked defender.  After high school Niko completed a Post-Graduate year in Massachusetts where he played offense setting the school’s single season scoring record while being named a member of the All New England team. After boarding school he continued his lacrosse dreams by joining the Junior College powerhouse Onondaga.  During his stretch at the 11x NJCAA championship program his team became statically considered the best Junior College lacrosse team in history.  His skills as a Captain and Long Stick Midfielder helped lead Onondaga to 2 undefeated seasons (37-0) and All-American honors. Niko finished his lacrosse career at Syracuse University helping the program capture their 1st ACC Championship in school history. During his career he considers playing box lacrosse with the Six Nations team an honor and one of his most memorable moments.  Aside from his lacrosse accolades Niko is somewhat of a renaissance man receiving Varsity Letters in Football, Soccer, Wrestling, and Indoor Track.  Also while completing his Bachelor’s he was accepted into the fencing and golf club at Syracuse University.
